How to identify Lactobacilli, Bifidobacteria, Streptococcus?

I know nowadays people are using 16S rRNA for species determination. But I want the compilation (or at least a list) of biochemical tests for genus and further down to specific species identification. Bergey's manual is pretty dated already. If you have any links or online books, please share.
