What Colleges Would You Recommend?

Many SEC schools will provide an enviornment where the football (especially) and basketball (to a lesser degree) programs are highly competitive, the academics are well above average, and someone with your credentials could be admitted...Your ACT is significantly higher than what one would think considering your GPA...Big Ten schools could probably make the same argument, at least at some of their institutions.
