Why do you think this happens ? Is it not wrong ?

Why do Airlines all over the world give preference to vital statistics and looks of a female candidate before employing her as an Air- hostess ? Why is it thought that an ordinary looking female with ordinary vital statistics would not serve the purpose ? Is it not equivalent to promoting Voyeurism in the guise of Hospitality considering the fact the Air- Hostessess in the flight are looked upon by some Male pengers in exactly the same manner as a Female star is viewed by perverts ? Is not the job of an Air- Hostess a means of exploiting Female uality towards earning goodwill for the respective Airlines ? Why is the world embracing this exploitation with open arms ?
