Renault Megane Scenic Alize V reg 1999?

are ya sure that you have power steering fluid in the car and it is not that .try putting a lubricant between them oil a little or see if it is missing a screw or something this defo should not happen.go to a garage and see what they say and what they can do.when they tell ya say sound and leave do what they say should not be a hard fix good luck:)
