What do you do when you hit a WEIGHT LOSS PLATEAU?

Well don't worry after only a few days of staying at the same weight! Start to think about it once you've remained at the same weight for 2 weeks. That's what is considered an honest plateau. Besides you shouldn't even be losing a pound every other day. About 2-5lbs is the max healthy weight loss for a month.
