Only serious answers please, pregnancy! thanks!?

I had a negative blood test which can happen with the depo shot, so Ive read, I took home pregnancy test and that was negative too. I have all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy,(fatigue, nausea in the first 3 months, now im having indigestion, headaches, backaches, eating more, peeing more, ETC.) I had the depo shot 3 times (9 months) then I was due for one and I skipped it because of the horrible things I read about it so then I talked with my fiance and he thought I should get back on it so I did after about 3 weeks of being off of it so in that time I was off Im 99% sure I got pregnant but the doc. wont do anything other than a pregnancy test is there any way I can tell Im pregnant for sure. Like any specific thing I can look for? I think Im 6 months along. I can feel him/her moving and living inside me....sounds weird I know but its what I feel so anyways I had a period the first time I was on it but when I got back on it I haven't seen one since, and that was in march. Hope some one can help me, I don't want to just up and run to the delivery room and no one know Im pregnant but my fiance and a few other family members. My fiance also felt movement on my belly while I was sleeping! Could the movement Im feeling be gas? Think Im just worrying too much? Thanks!
