Good Canadian cookbooks?

There just aren't that many Canadian cookbooks down here in Canada's Pants. I've heard of the Purity Cookbook and managed to get a copy of an old Anglo-Qu�b�cois cookbook printed for me, but what are some good books that I can get easily on this side of the border, particularly on French-Canadian and BC food?
