Can others see my pwords or banking sessions online? How? even if my router is encrypted?

recently someone paid his cellphone bill a few times with one of my bank accounts that i have not used for a while. It was too late when i found out, since the bank gives you only 60days to claim it back if stolen. I only started encryting my wireless router last week.
