Would you fire this nanny or do I need to calm down?

I dont think you should fire her I mean yeah she should have been watching them which was her mistake, but kids get into things quick and she has been the nanny for 2 yrs so she is obviously good with the kids and she made a mistake. I would feel bad for the little girl too,but think about first. good luck
