Why is the welfare system so corrupt and unfair?

Me and my husband make 30K a year which is not enough to make istance, yet I see loads of families unmarried using my tax dollars to get welfare, while it is so hard to feed my 3 kids and make end's meat. Its like they have no shame and its all on our tax dollars!! Doesn't it ever infuriate you?
