Where could I learn a lot of PHP, CSS, and HTML?

I wish to make a private chat website using Freeweb's advanced website making feature, however I found that my current HTML, CSS, and PHP knowledge is insufficient. Where could I increase my knowledge on these 3 languages for free? I know no PHP, and I know how to make a basic website that you cannot interact with using XHTML and CSS.
