Severe constipation, feels like a concrete wall?

I have been severely constipated for the last ~4-5 days. I have taken numerous laxatives (milk of magnesia, magnesium citrate, ex lax, stool softeners) of course not at once but over the course of the 4-5 day period. Nothing solid or normal has yet to come out. Its not EXTREMELY painful but it is becoming uncomfortable. I am in Florida right now and i return to NJ in 4 days where i will promptly go see a doctor. However what should i do till then? keep taking laxatives even though not much other than water comes out? Will i last that long?? please any help will be amazing. Thank you.
