Question about Anarchy?

Okay, I pretty much established that Anarchy would be pretty awesome. But, I found a flaw!.... There were these two teenagers that were going to shoot up 4 schools and a church, the church I go to was going to be the church they were going to shoot up! Right before they did it, they were busted by the cops and got caught. If we lived in Anarchy, wouldn't I be dead right now??
