Gift for my taekwondo instructor?

it takes us 2 years to hit black belt. we r required to give our instructor a gift to show our appriciation for them. my instructor is hard working, loves the cowboys, loves harly davidson motorcycles, is a strong christian. what r some ideas for some gifts for him?
