G1 google android phone help please.....?

im having a few issues with my new G1 ....bluetooth wont find other devices and i would realy like to find a way to get flash player downloaded onto it so i can use bbci player and itv catchup, online movies,etc.... if you can help you are a STAR!!!!!!!! thnx guys..xxxxx.
