The federal and state taxes withheld on my W-2 form are obviously wrong. What can I do?

For my job I had until June I made around 13K and the form says $315 was taken out for federal taxes, $175 for state, and almost $900 for medicare. The federal and state amounts can not possibly be right, but I did not save any pay stubs. What can I do?
