Christians, what do you have to say about prophecies being fulfilled in other religions?

And if an unbeliever tells you that Christianity is like any other religion because other religions have prophecies that have been fulfilled, how would you refute him by showing him that those prophecies don't really mean anything, but only the ones in the Bible do?
